According to a party in the CA ISDN case, here is a

ISDN Commission
"$0 commission in 1996 for Home ISDN. P*B is de-emphasizing ISDN
during the first part of 1996, which translates into lowered
commission payments for sales of ISDN sales. SDS IS [Business
ISDN] and CTX IS [Centrex ISDN] commission will be $100."
