re: NYT's contract to read their pages

  Jamie:

As another important issue, re-read the agreement you apparently
"signed" with the NYTs to indemnify them and hold them harmless.

This is a severe breach of tort remedies and fairness. Any
individual could be socked with thousands of dollars in fees
even if the person were ultimately found innocent.

This kind of contract language is the vilest form of language
  possible.

The internet should not condone this language. The NYTs should
  be boycotted.
  Regards,
     Curt
