Public Citizen's Critical Mass Energy Project uses this list to
distribute information about electricity industry restructuring.
Topics to be covered include: state-level utility restructuring,
the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act, the Public Utility
Holding Company Act and ongoing debates at the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission. The list will alert subscribers to new
information on these topics and the availability of documents on
the Critical Mass electricity restructuring web page. We will
use this site as a repository for comments, papers and briefs
that cover methods of promoting sustainable energy policy in the
context of a shifting regulatory environment.
