Re: dioxin lawsuit in Japan



Hi folks,

Here is a request from an ally of ours in Japan who is representing victims
of acute dioxin poisoning from an incinerator. Can anyone help him with
precedents from either the US or other countries? Better yet, do any of you
know lawyers who have worked with "enhanced risk claims" that you could
refer me to?
