Warning about malathion and malaoxin

Many thanks for your kind response. 
We are awaiting word on how many NY babies 
are born this month and next with deformities, 
as we understand malathion causes them when 
the mothers are exposed during their second
trimester of pregnancy.  However, we are not sure 
EPA will do the urgently needed survey at NY hospitals 
even though we have specifically asked for one.

spraying of malathion on the 7 million New Yorkers. Looking to the issue
after the spray, one feels that the citizens may have a legal remedy
against massive non-specific deadly spray.

We feel that the Mayor or the Municipality has no authority to spray
malathion/malaoxin on 7 million even after warning the target people on
likely illeffects.  This involuntary forced exposure can be and should be
challenged legally if the authorities like the EPA or President Clinton do
not proceed to safeguard the health.

Our experience is that pesticides never control pest-they contribute to
proliferation and mutations. The very fact that mosquitoes and cockroaches
not only survive but thrive and proliferate even after decades of vector
control shows that they are ineffective.  Mosquitoes have proliferated as
well as become more toxic leading to morbidity.

We resort to legal action like writ Petitions when gross injustice is done
or where the authorities have not stopped illegal action.  It is also a
question of human right to live.  The Courts have given relief to the
citizens in majority of cases and this has deterred the authorities from
repeating the violation of fundamental rights.
