Re: EPA to require incineration of VC/EDC wastes

I have no idea why this message below, which I transmitted to the list
a couple of months ago, was again retransmitted tonight.    I didn't
issue a send command to do it and I have no idea why it came through
again....I'm totally mystified....

In any event, regardless of the cause, I apologize to the list for this 
repetition.
