Hi - I've added new links, a list of community contacts, an email 
discussion group, RMP-Watch, and a new introduction to the Y2K 
/ Chemical Accidient Preparedness webmaps at:

In addition to Southern Solano and Contra Costa Counties in 
California, I have also created a map with links to EPA RMP 
reports for Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
