Y2K and Chemical Accident Preparedness map update

fyi: Y2K and Chemical Accident Preparedness map update:

The north bay map including all of contra costa county, southern 
portion of solano county, and a few northern alameda county 
facilities are now live.  You can zoom in from the main map.  A 
click on a facility will take you to the facility's Risk Management 
Plan (RMP).  Scroll down and you will find their executive summary.
Go to the bottom and you'll find other reports that you can view
and download.  Note that this does NOT include the offsite 
consequence analysis.  Congressional Act S.880 prohibits this.
