I would like to add that Senator Roth of Delaware is promoting
subsidies for chicken shit incineration on behalf of the poultry
industry, which is running all sorts of scams to transfer the costs of
manure management onto the taxpayers. (Present overdosing of the land
with manure is causing very severe water pollution....). I have
looked at the British permits for existing shit-burners and, as one would
expect, they aren't clean. More on this when I have time to write
it up. In Delaware we are also fighting demolition debris burners
(Philpower) which would also be subsidized by this bill so thoughtfully
promoted by our senator.
