any govt official responsible for dixoin policy who suggests this should be
permenantly run out of their country at the point of a samurai's sword.  In
fact Japanese neo-nates are getting much more than 20 times the real 'safe'
dose (0.01 pg/kg of b.w./d (U.S> EPA's)).
