Re: NOAA TEFs for PCBs?
don't know if this helps--a few years ago I saw NOAA offered some plastic
(field) quick reference cards for sampling: several screening level cards
for organics & inorganics; one 'guidelines for sample collection &
storage'; and one 'options for selection of analytical methods:
inorganics'. Only PCBs overall are listed, but the cards say, for more
info contact michael buchman@hazmat.noaa.gov --206-526-6340 (Seattle). The
cards are dated 8-94, so I hope you can get ahold of him. Really, I
imagine you'd find out more from NOAA's web site than from me, but hope I
helped... (that's a ferocious corporte disclaimer & intelectual property
warning on your .sig! Good luck.
