The promotinal flyer for one of those innumerable haz mat training programs
(Lion Technologiy Inc, Lafayette NJ) includes a line:

"Learn the latest compliance issues:
  * Have you minimized the use of PBT chemicals at your facility to avoid
the pending onslaught?"

Wish they knew somthing I don't, rather than have an economic interest in
saying that, but it's nice anyway...
