Yes, sadly now incinerator ash is beginning to
be used in asphalt to pave roadways and parking lots.
New Hampshire is leading the way I hear.
New York and New Jersey, among others,
are not far behind.

Everything else that controls capture can be found in ash too like dioxins
etc. This is the biggest reason that using ash isn't such a cool idea. It
is
a huge irony that the EPA has mandated APC s and ignored the "benificial
reuse" of ash as a public health threat.
