Need info on garbage incinerator in Charleston SC and proposed burner in Twin Mountain, VT.

I would appreciate a contact with any groups involved with the Foster-Wheeler burner in Charleston, South Carolina, USA.  Is there any opposition to this facility and from whom?  How has it worked out economically and environmentally?

Would also appreciate any info on a burner being proposed in Twin Mtn, VT.
