I
need specific info as to why high temperature waste incineration does not
eliminate the dioxin emissions. We have a legislative study committee being told
that waste incineration is OK if the temperature is high enough-then dioxin is
not a problem. They are generally ill-informed. Thanks for any help. Jackie
