French report submitted to Senate about "Recycling and valuation of municipal solid waste and assimilated waste".

Provided, of course, that you can read French, I strongly suggest to get a
copy of this report which has been issued early in June 1999. Counting 338
pages, I consider it as very comprehensive. Two Belgian experts, Pr Fontana
and Dr Jung, have much participated in the preparation of the report.

The French title is: "Les techniques de recyclage et de valorisation des
déchets ménagers et assimilés", par MM. Miquel et Poignant. You could
obtain it from the Kiosque de l'Assemblée nationale, 4, rue
Aristide-Briand, 75007 Paris (+33.1.40.63.61.21) and from L'espace
