We make a formal request for the MSDS, Material Safety Data Sheets, for
malathion, sumithrin, and resmithrin, and any impurities in each of them as
they are being sprayed on New York City.  Malaoxin is one impurity found in
malathion, as are phosphodiesters.

It is required by federal law to have and maintain the MSDS sheets from the
manufacturing companies for these chemicals and and any related chemicals
used in diluting them, etc.  MSDS will tell the chemical composition and
health effects of exposure.  MSDS sheets are public documents.

We also wish to complain formally about not having any response to our
previous EPA inquiries about the spraying ongoing in New York City, and
request immediate air and water testing for malathion, its contaminants,
malaoxin, phosphodiesters, sumithtrin, and resmithrin and any other
compounds that have been sprayed on New York City.
