RE:	Incineration by state

Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone knows where I can get a list, or summary, of
how US states are dealing with the issue of waste incineration. I would
also be interested in a similar list for countries. What I'm after is
lists of what states (or countries) have banned all or some garbage
burning. If they've banned some, what? We are still chasing the plasma
burners around North Georgia and North Carolina and we are considering
putting together a brochure against waste incineration to lobby the
Georgia Legislature with next year. It would be helpful to have this
information for it. Georgia is a relatively incinerator free state at
this point and it seems to me that now rather than later would be a good
time to get going on this.
Sincerely,
Larry Winslett
