Request urgent testing of the malathion being sprayed on New York City

We request urgent testing of the malathion being sprayed on New York City
to determine the levels of the highly toxic contaminant malaoxin, which is
40 to 50 times more toxic than the malathion itself. This deadly
contaminant
showed up in the water supply of Tampa, Florida, following a malathion
spraying campaign there.

Re:
It would be a good time to do some testing perhaps, for anyone situated
to do so.

Parts of Brooklyn, Queens, and all of Manhattan
will be sprayed tomorrow, Sunday, [Sept. 19] between 5 and 9 pm,
at least those are the times for Manhattan.
They are trying to extinguish a mosquito suspected
of causing several cases of encephalitis. Two have
died. The issue is whether more will die as a result
of spraying an insecticide whose safety limits are
surely no better than 1 in 1,000,000 and there are
7,000,000 in New York City. What a shame to put
at the very least 7 people's lives on the line with
this chemical exposure, and it could be conservatively
at least 10 times 7, or more. Bad statistical decision
it seems, and no one can stop it.
The evidence that the malathion contains
a 40 fold more toxic impurity is probably
great, but no one is talking about it. Thus,
multiply the above risk factor by anywhere from
two to at least 40. A veryl bad decision, I believe.
There should be follow up medical statistics for
the next year or so, but no one is willing to do so.
