Add to the incinerator euphemisms list: plasma arc and in our area the "facility's" outdoor sign reads "Resource Recovery Facility." The only resource it recovers is the heavy metal and dioxins laden slag that gets carted away. Nothing is recycled. They burn little spice candles inside the thing so the workers won't be sickened, but I doubt they really work. Joe NJ Environmental Watch
