Don't forget to include all of the new fancy euphemisms for various forms
of incineration, including:

fluidized bed combustor / fluidized bed reactor
regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO)
thermal desorption unit
carbon regeneration
biomass
co-generation
recycling into energy
waste-to-energy
trash-to-steam
soil recycling (this implies rotory kiln cookers with incinerator afterburners)
