pcb-containing transformer oil
I have no particular knowledge, but of course used PCB oils have been used
for a thousand-and-one purposes--many as an effort to dispose of them
cheaply. Burning them as diesel fuel is probably the #1 such use (and
other oil-as-fuel uses)... And toxins, especially if they're a waste, have
been a favorite DIY (do-it-yourself) pesticide substitute... sorry I can't
help wtih specific information, but I've forwarded your querry to a few
pesticide organizations.
