Phthalates and endocrine disruptive effects

Can anyone give me any pointers on the likely levels of exposure to
phthalates for women at work which may result in symptoms resulting from
endocrine disruptive effects?     I have become aware of a number of young
women in a factory working with PVC who are having problems with their
menstral cycles which possibly could  indicate endocrine disruptors are
present.    Exposure levels are well below any exposure standard for
phthalates.
