  Dear listers,
  
  Belgian TV has broadcast an excellent and courageous report about MSW
  incinerators and dioxins yesterday evening Dec. 4. The sight of a poor young
  child whose handicap is attributed to dioxins emitted by a nearby MSW
  incinerator was poignant. Another document to be broadcast in a near future
  will be devoted to alternative technologies to incineration.
