dioxin in cows milk - UK MAFF monitoring

  The UK Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food (MAFF) publish Food
  Surveillance Information Sheets from time to time.  A number of recent ones
  have dealt with MAFF's monitoring of dioxins and or PCBs in cows milk.
  These are all available at MAFF's website.  We are generally surprised at
  the lowness of the results, but then I don't have any "clean" areas cowsmilk
  monitoring for comparison.
