  I am commenting on the EPA's rule making under the Clean Air Act
  for primary magnesium refineries.  They are potentially a major
  source of dioxins.  I was looking for individuals or groups that
  have been involved or are interested in getting involved in these
  facilities.  I know there is one such facility, or was one, in
  Chewelah, Washington owned by Northwest Alloys.  There is also one
  outside of Salt Lake City owned by MagCorp.
