  Even though the DNR staff people and others might 
  think they are basically nice people trapped in 
  a bad situation --- this doesn't explain such 
  serious gaps in ethical standards.   How can so 
  many 'nice' people deliberately mislead the 
  public?    Where is their sense of honor?

  How many examples of treason and conspiracy by government officials do you
  need?  The Texas Structural Pest Control Board has repeatedly testified
  against pesticide victims in court.  On at least one occasion they sent
  copies of victims medical releases to defense attorneys in a personal
  injury case.   Let us celebrate and laude the few good bureaucrats and be
  very wary of the others.
