Another blow for the little guy...
I guess we know of at least one public official that is nothing more than a
stooge for big business (I mean besides Jesse Helms).  William Kennard, FCC
head honcho, basically blasted the consumer's right to choose a cable ISP.
This is an outrage to local legislative bodies, and to consumers.

Questions:  Can the FCC overrule the local courts?  If so, under what
authority?  How can I, "Joe Blow" consumer, voice my disagreement with Mr.
Kennard's policies?
