Christine Varney to resign from FTC - Start Internet Venture

  The WSJ reports today that Christine Varney will leave the FTC in August
  to join the Washington Law firm of Hogan and Hartson, where she will start
  a new venture on Internet commerce.  She is quoted in some stories as
  saying she will work business models that use contracts, rather than
  copyright laws, for content.
