Boycott News

Looks like time to expand the boycott to me. (Probably way past time....)

By the way, I can't figure out these people at The Register. On the one
hand, for their daily e-mail headline updates, they use an outfit called
ListBot that now adds the following to each mailing (the paragraph,
unlike the Register material that precedes it, is completely unwrapped,
a hallmark of Microsoft programs):

   Get a Free PC with a 3-year subscription to the Microsoft Network....

On the other hand, they write things like this:

   ....The only point to having a domain called Bill Gates is if you are
   Bill Gates, so it's only ever going to be worth whatever Bill Gates
   thinks it's worth. As his Web site is at www.microsoft.com/billgates/
   that suggests he doesn't think it's worth anything....
