Simon,

Nice idea.  But the issues are different.  For one, the networking
technology is not distributed independently any more.  At one time it
was.

But, you are more than welcome to answer the "examination" question that
asked this list to explain the impact of bundling internet and network
technologies and how they are different if indeed that is the case.
