Have you read the findings of facts?
Do you understand how this case affects your ability to innovate and
sell superior products?
Do you understand that a discussion of technology (regardless of source)
is not even relevant if your products are precluded from the
marketplace?

I represent both small and large software developers who prefer a fair
market for their products. If you do not think so, you have not been
reading.
Did you buy the bubblegum too? Or, the jawbreakers? Or, the burger
meat?
If you have not, then you might want to explain to the rest of us, how
you avoided doing so.
