I've suggested in the past the issue of bundling a car radio with a car.
It's not that they want to force sell you a radio.  It's a matter of
economics.  I'm not saying this is the case with Microsoft and IE.  As a
matter of fact, I believe that Microsoft did that intentionally to
destroy Netscape, and it has worked.

The other issue you've never responded to is the difference between
forced bundling and bundling.  So what if you had an option of getting
your browser of choice rather than forced to take IE.  To me, there's a
huge difference.
