OK, Lewis clearly has no interest in changing they way he treats the
list. I didn't hear any opposition to the idea of asking for him to
be removed when it was raised - does that mean that we have consensus
that we would like him to be removed?
I for one have gained a lot from this list and have not enjoyed seeing
it spiral down the bundling plughole.
