Actually, I have from time to time reminded people on Slashdot of the
existence of this list with a URL to some informative article or other 
from the archives.

I've been treating the purpose of the list as of keeping each other
informed with the latest news and insights from The Microsoft
Situation, and to inform the content of what essential.org do about
it.  I'd be interested to know what other people think.
