Jim Allchin lied on the stand under oath by claiming Windows 98 and IE
were a single product while he knew for a fact that Microsoft would
release IE 5 totally independent of any OS product two or three weeks
later. That statement relates directly to a key material issue in the
case. And, Jim Allchin knew for a fact it was false.
I guess you should expect no less from a "crime syndicate" or "antitrust
violator"?
