     I believe it's a reaction to all the 'bull' that M$ has tried to
pass off on TPJ, but instead of 'snowing' him all they've really
managed to do is to insult his intelligence...right to his face.  But
TPJ's question cuts to the core of one of M$'s claims, that they're
"doing what's best for their customers".  In this context the question
is a valid one, is what M$ is doing actually good for the consumer?
