This would not surprise me in the least.  I don't think MS can loose
it's arrogance so easily.  It's something that's taken them years to
develop, and you just don't change that easily.  I don't think it will
really sink in until there is a decision made via the court.  At that
time, they will all be dumbfounded and disbelieving.

I personally hope there is no out of court settlement.  For me, this
means that there's a compromise and not a full solution.  I'm willing to
accept the possibility that Microsoft could win and hope for a complete
trial.
