There's no need for pretenses. Rabid advocates get flamed, so they'll need
to put on their asbestos underwear and be willing to endure that. Only
sincere enthusiasts will survive.

Who says I want to "create" one? Only someone who's truly enthusiastic
is likely to volunteer.

Let's not be silly. You can't actually shove anything down ANYONE'S
throat (unless you have a monopoly, of course). However, you can
get in their face and GET ATTENTION! FreeBSD's biggest problem is
a low profile, and dozens of supporters say so each week on the
mailing lists.

My description of that team wouldn't appeal to anyone who wasn't.
