  Even if Microsoft is stopped by the DOJ in the United States, there is   
  nothing to prevent them from continuing their unfair marketing and   
  other unfair practices in the rest of the world. 
   
  It is frequently mentioned here and in other places that Microsoft is   
  also being investigated by three (four? five?) European countries. Does   
  anyone know anything about these European investigations? What   
  countries are they? What are the issues of their investigations?
