State and Local Examples
Colleagues,
I am looking for examples of cities, towns, villages, counties or states
providing high-quality or much-better-than-average environmental health
programs or services. I am thinking along the lines of initiatives such as
California's Prop 65, Monroe County (NY) Environmental Health Report Card.
The services can be all-inclusive for broadly defined environmental health
campaigns or programs, or they can represent a single issue such as lead
poisoning prevention, fish consumption advisories, indoor air pollution,
drinking water quality. The information complied will be used in a
sidebar(s) or tables to an article on identifying and locating state,
county, and local data and information related to environmental health.
If you know of such information you can eMail me directly the basic
information (name of project/service, point of contact, URL, mailing
address, etc.). If you HAVE such information in brochures, flyers,
information packets, reports, etc. you can mail the to me at:

colleagues, associates, other eMail discussion lists.
