G22 delay on "global financial architecture" plans

Good news!  Our international signon letter regarding the Group of 22
working papers on the global financial architecture has resulted in them
extending the deadline as we requested from the end of October to the end
of December 1998.  This means that we have much more time to come up with
solid critiques and proposals to the G22 plans.  Again, to access the G22
