NCI Role in the Development of 37 Cancer Drugs
The following table is from a 1993 US Senate testimony by Ralph Nader
and James Love, which is (a long document) on the web at:
http://www.cptech.org/pharm/pryor.html NCI is short for the National Cancer
Institute, which is part of NIH. After the testimony, an NCI doctor
thought we had understated the government's role in at least one cancer drug.
