CPT's page on Health Care and the World Health Organization
We have created a new page on Health Care, Trade Disputes and the World
Health Organization, wich is attached below.
This page contents information and documents related to the WHA Revised
Drug Strategy.
Beside the text of the WHA Resolution, and CPT and HAI documents, the
Thai tabacco case is a very good example of a case where public health
concerns were taken into account in a GATT trade dispute.
