Re: Online Medical Registry

If I understand this concept, it provides:
1. I, as an individual, pay $100.00 per year to maintain
a medical record on this site.
2. A DEA # is used to access the medical record, unless
it is me, with a password.
3. I, as an individual, must update and maintain the
record in a manner that physicians find meaningful, in
the event I need their assistance during an emergency.

Well, does the DEA know they have a vested interest in
this project, vis-a-vis, ensuring no abuse of DEA #'s is
occurring? Will I be able to integrate lab profiles,
imaging, ECG's, etc.? Just what kind of medical record
is this? What software is used? What security is
 engaged?

The questions are too numerous to mention. Sounds like
a web scam to me. Blatant, at best, and a disgrace to
the DDS that claims to run the site. Thanks, Tom Poe,M.D.,
