Analysts Predict International Provisions Will Go -- More



Regarding the note below sent out recently: A Hill staffer involved in
negotiations over the McCain bill has informed me that McCain's staff
insist they have never said anything like what is suggested below, and
that they are not talking to Wall Street analysts. The explanation from
McCain staff is that perhaps the analysts misinterpreted a general comment
that ongoing disagreements about what international provisions should wind
up in the McCain bill "will be worked out."
