Bolivia contacts (fwd)

I seem to recall that we have had some Bolivian correspondents on this
list.  Is there anyone who would be interested in communicating with an
U.S. couple who have an interest in environmental health issues and the
decline of rural areas and dependence on distance specialists for our
needs.  They are a writer and blacksmith who live and teach homestead
skills and have hoped to make change by setting personal examples but are
wondering if they might be able to make more of a contribution in another
country.

Does anyone on the list have any environmental contacts in Bolivia?  While
we've got contact info for lots of groups, it would be great to have an
individual to e-mail or write (English or Spanish).
