I've got some questions relating to MedWaste Incinerators...
....I'm doing some writing concerning the Binational Toxics
Strategy for an environmental group client with a short deadline,
so if anyone has this information, a reply would very much
be appreciated.
Which couple of environmental groups provided the most
technically detailed comments on the proposed medical
waste incinerator maximum achieveable control technology
rule, and which staff/volunteer person did that work??
Has anyone filed a lawsuit against EPA charging that
the MedWaste Incinerator MACT standard didn't comply
with the Clean Air Act, and who filed any such litigation?
Did any environmental groups file comments on the proposed
non-hazwaste burning cement kiln MACT??
Which groups filed comments on the EPA notice under
the "Great Waters" program where EPA said that
MACT standards already promulgated and ones that
were planned would be adequate to protect US Great
Waters??
Thanks for any assistance anyone on the list can provide
