driver's license taken away due to pesticide exposure

Some pesticides --herbicides which people have sprayed on their lawns
and on golf courses have the potential to be contaminated with dioxins,
PAHs and other toxins. In fact, golf courses use more pesticides than
agriculture and general urban use. Many pesticides are cholinesterase
inhibitors.

Has anyone on this list, who may have been poisoned with pesticides, had
their driver's license removed by the state Department of Motor Vehicle
Division? Or, do you know of anyone with this circumstance? Input will
be greatly appreciated.

Recently, I have begun networking with some citizens here in Louisiana
who have had the driver's license taken away apparently due to the
chemical illness due to pesticide poisoning (against their will --no,
they did not try to kill themselves!). One man, who had been poisoned
when Dursban was sprayed by a major pest control company for termites in
the house while he was still in the room, was told to by a friend at the
DMVD, to renew his driver's license at a different DMVD because the one
he has used all his life would have to take away his license (although
there were no accidents or tickets on his record). The other person has
been severely poisoned by numerous pesticides regularly sprayed on a
golf course which was built up against her fence post, lost her license.

First, her horses and registered dogs died. Blood poured from their
eyes--a sign of chemical poisoning in animals, I'm told. Sometime after
burying a kennel of dogs, cats, and horses, she received received (due
to a lengthy battle) disability compensation from the Social Security
Administration. And, still later, in about 1996, the Louisiana
Department of Motor Vehicles canceled her driver's license despite her
having an impeccable record that has been accident and ticket-free.
Then, they tried to block her exit route so she could not leave her
house, I'm told.

Is this an unusual circumstance or is it because of "The Medical Records
Confidentiality Act of 1995"?

I realize that this is not the best list for this posting, but we are
searching for input wherever people have been poisoned with chemicals,
especially cholinesterase inhibitors

and possibly hormone disrupters
..
We would sincerely appreciate your input. Feel free to email me
privately, since this is off topic, at: sksnow@worldnet.att.net.

Thank you.
