Read and vote for closure!

There is an online battle between the poisoners (presumably) and those
being poisoned on the other. You can participate by reading the article
and voting, if you so choose.

The battle is also going on in the court room. And, as if often the
case in Louisiana's Banana Republic, the innocent are the victims.
Victims are often those who cannot afford to pay lawyers and/or buy the
government.

I doubt this straw poll has teeth, but one would never know with Exxon
employees (presumably) voting against closure of this oil field waste
site online at <http://www.theadvocate.com/news/> and the victims and
environmental community voting for closure. This particular article is
entitled: **Waste sent to Grand Bois characterized as ‘chemical spill’
**

The Baton Rouge Advocate has done fair job reporting, but with EPA's
hands tied, and the state of Louisiana in its normal state of
corruption, it's doubtful that justice will be served. It appears that
the oil, chemical and waste industry owns the governor [or should I say
dictator], most of the legislature, and the judicial system...just as
they own the predominantly Republican U.S. Congress. My opinion.

Is there dioxin there? One never knows in Dioxin-alley.

Read the story and participate in the vote. The food you put on the
table (does it come from Louisiana?) could be a participant bringing the
case closure to your home.
